For our Kia of Lincolnwood dealership, we are searching for Customer Service / BDC representatives who have sales experience and a working knowledge of Auto-Alert; however, we will train for you to be successful. Responsibilities:

• Customer Retention
• Data Mining Customers
• Must make outgoing phone calls and set up appointments
• Must have ability to to strike up conversation with service customers to create appointments and generate business
• Will be selling vehicles from start to finish

Qualification

• Personable and energetic
• Sales experience a plus
• Experience with Auto Alert is a plus
• Must be able to work Saturdays
