Employee Owned Home-Tech is looking for a customer service representative with exceptional interpersonal skills who is organized and dependable. If that's you, we would love to have you join us! This position is performed mostly be phone and email. Customer service experience is a big plus.
We provide high-quality service for residential appliances and A/C here in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. This individual would be responsible for assisting customers with questions and scheduling service.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling repair service and part installs
- Identify and assist customers’ needs
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow-up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters in a friendly and helpful manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
