This Client Relationship Administrator position is a hybrid of customer service and administrative tasks. It is an in-person position, but we offer flexible remote work options when needed.

Primary responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls & emails
• Accounts receivable management
• Lead intake
• Scheduling consultations
• Assist Client Relationship Manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills
• Work independently with the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Experience with landscape software is a plus
• Knowledge of the “green” industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
