Summary

As a Customer Experience Professional at Uplift, you will deliver excellent customer service through answering calls, emails, chats, and SMS/text messages in a timely, polite, and professional manner. Successful applicants should demonstrate their problem-solving capabilities, a willingness to go the extra mile for customers, and a commitment to upholding company values, policies, and standards.

Position Details

  • Full-Time (40hrs/Week)
  • Schedule: Day Shift, Varies (may include weekends and/or Holidays)

What you will do and achieve

  • Provide superior customer care through prompt, courteous, and professional answering of calls, emails, chats, and SMS/text messages.
  • Aim to consistently exceed customer expectations by finding the best solutions for any problem
  • Become an expert on all applicable tools and systems
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all team members

Who you are

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bi/Multilingual with French and English (speak/read/write)
  • 2+ years experience in customer support or customer retention role, with extensive experience in phone and email communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
  • Creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail; adept at troubleshooting and investigating
  • Enjoys continued learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Values teamwork but has ability to work independently and adapt as required
  • You are empathetic, positive, and motivated to help others

There are several different factors that are considered when determining compensation including but not limited to the candidate’s location, title, years of experience, job related skills and relevant education. In addition to the base salary, we offer competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision.
