Job description

Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Demand Analyst located in Atlanta, GA. This position is in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule that allows for up to 16 hours of remote work weekly.

The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in the areas of representing/selling, planning/ implementing, PR/developing relationships, analyzing/integrating/interpreting, controlling/ reviewing, checking, deciding, motivating, cooperating/acting as a liaison, and orally informing/ investigating.

Essential Functions:

• Entering items, orders, and releases accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the customer receives delivery of material when needed
• Follows up on both internal and external customer needs and Printpack production requirements
• Maintains and develops reports that support Printpack's sales staff and the external customer, i.e. inventory and order status reports, trial reports, etc.
• Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner which demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellent customer service, so as to facilitate the flow of orders and information

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with PRISM system is desirable, but not required
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and teams
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, possess a sense of urgency, and handle multiple priorities
• Self-direction/ability to make sound decisions independently

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
