As a Customer Support Liaison, you will be responsible for contributing to customer support activities for Williams Bros. LTC customers, including but not limited to conducting on site medication cart audits, organizing and conducting vaccination clinics and assisting with data entry. You will participate in a customer driven environment and must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Some important skills for the position include being detail oriented, being comfortable working in a long term care or residential care setting and having good communication skills.
