Summary

With the Diamonds Direct Customer Care position, we are looking for a RHINO that will serve as the key piece of in-store daily operations, because without YOU, there is no US! Our culture is a fast-paced, family-oriented environment geared around fun and a passion for putting the customer above all else. Our ideal RHINO has a passion for the jewelry industry, as this position provides a firsthand look at what makes a luxury retailer run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Accept jewelry for repair
• Assist our Sales team with customer orders
• Answer any customer related concerns
• Facilitate delivery of merchandise to customers
