Job Title: CT Technologist

Our healthcare organization is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues
  • Position patients for optimal imaging and adjust equipment to obtain the best possible images
  • Administer contrast media as needed, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during the scan process
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a CT Technologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule and Pay: This is a 13-week contract position with a start date of 05/07/2023. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, with the shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. There will also be call requirements for 1-2 days a week, with the possibility of day, mid, or night shifts.
