DELTRON ELECTRIC IS HIRING EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES/DISPATCHER. This job is hourly plus commission.

THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS FOR OUR LOCATION IN Orange City, Fl. Deltron is looking for CSR/Dispatch professionals who excel at handling inbound and outbound calls while taking pride in knowing their professionalism will create the customer’s first impression of the company. Great communication with all customers and technicians is essential! Taking care of the customers through multiple channels of communication is the number one priority of this position.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· 1-5 years of experience handling customer service calls while working in an electrical contracting environment is preferred

· Ability to respond and communicate with customers effectively through telephone, email, social media, and texting applications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to understand and navigate efficiently with field management software

· Data entry to create and update records ensuring accurate information

· Dispatch, plan, and schedule appointments

· Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

· Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages if needed

· Ability to display empathy for customers

· Maintain trust with suppliers, customers, and team members

· Must be able to multi-task

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Be able to pass background check (Criminal, Motor Vehicle and Drug Screening)

Physical Demands:

• Using a headset and sitting at a desk
• Climbing up and down stairs from time to time
• Moderate lifting may be required (10-20 pounds)
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
