Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values:

• Requirements: At Cold Stone Creamery, daily tasks include making the world's greatest ice cream, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every person who walks in the door, and keeping the store sparkling clean.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Be punctual and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work up to 5 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Able to clearly communicate with customers
• Flexible/open availability
