Responsibilities:

The Crew member covers multiple stations as well as a wide array of duties, including cashier (greets customers, processes payments), food preparation , customer service, works on the line or on the telephone.

Crew members are responsible for setting up and stocking stations, preparing for service, and prepping menu items in coordination with the rest of the kitchen staff for service in a timely and courteous manner for the guests and the overall maintenance of our facilities.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with all types of people.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, perform well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize and find solutions.
• Ability to be flexible with time .
• Fast-Casual and Quick-Serve experience with focus on customer service preferred.
• Health Department Certified a plus.
• Attentive to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills.
