In this role, you will support the Mortgage Loan Officers by preparing, distributing, and completing all mortgage loan documentation, while tracking, completing and following up on compliance for mortgage loans. You will also answer member questions and complete other various loan duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Mortgage Loan Officers in a team environment to enable them to be as efficient as possible in obtaining new loan opportunities and to devote a high percentage of their time in pursuing these opportunities.
• Prepares and distributes Loan Estimate and other mortgage disclosures to borrowers.
• Requests and collects all verification documents from borrowers.
• Orders and tracks supporting documentation for mortgage requests including appraisals, inspections, title work, flood certifications and written verifications of employment.

Minimum Requirements

· Knowledge equivalent to the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent; one to three years job related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Exceptional organization skills

· Excellent at multi-tasking

Prior mortgage processing experience preferred.
