Country Sales Manager - ComponentsSouthern Germany Based
This well respected privately owned component solutions business is seeking a German based Southern Country Sales Manager to head up and drive its German vision forward.
The role will have a number of direct and indirect heads to manage, mentor and create a growing team through their own drive and enthusiasm.
This business is one of the best to work for, you are employed as an individual not a commodity. Your ideas are respected and encouraged.
Who are you?
We need someone that has at least 4-5 years electronic component experience with proven background on achieving results - you don't need to be a large team manager right now - this could be a step up if you have the right ideas and ability at leading from the front.
You need to ideally be based in Southern Germany - Stuttgart, Munich etc
You will get freedom to perform, be creative and join a very successful business.
Salary is dependent on you - €90k-€100k base plus bonus, car allowance and a great place to work!
