Coordinator, Talent Management
Job description
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated professional demeanor, the ability to prioritize and coordinate a variety of activities simultaneously and be flexible and adaptable in a team environment.
On the Talent Management team, the Coordinator serves as the administrative liaison for the Talent Management team for program administration, customer service, and communication. Specifically, the role is designed to:
- Facilitate the administration of various assessments
- Administer course evaluations, interpret and present the results
- Gather data to support quarterly scorecard development
- Coordinate strategic projects’ support and initiatives including onboarding new Talent Management employees and developing presentation materials
- Manage HR training spaces’ calendar scheduling, including outside parties’ use of the spaces
- Manage website updates and edits
- Event planning and logistics for classes and programs
- Monitor and track expenses as necessary
- Provide purchasing support for the Talent Management team
- Manage vendors as applicable
- Serve as main point of contact for the Talent Management team by resolving Salesforce cases and directing customers to additional support with the team
- Create and update learning paths as directed
- Reconcile and upload class rosters
- Other administrative duties as assigned, including support for the Talent Management leadership team.
Computer Skills: This position will require the candidate to demonstrate and/or develop proficiency with:
- MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Workday
- Salesforce (or other Customer Relationship Management tools)
- Drupal (or other web content management tools)
- Qualtrics (or other survey software)
- Smartsheet
- Zoom moderation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: A high school diploma with at least three years of administrative or event planning experience or one year of internal HR experience is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree with at least one year of prior HR experience or two years of administrativ e experience is highly preferred .

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
