Clinical Informatics Coordinator - Surgery & AnesthesiaPosition Summary: A facilitator for collaboration between surgical departments and Information Services. Responsible for effectively integrating all aspects of patient care documentation into a full EHR management system; including the technical, cultural, process, knowledge, coordination, political and communication components. The primary focus is to guide processes within the system capabilities to collect, record and share patient information, reduce redundancy, standardize clinical practice, and optimize use of clinical information systems to their fullest potential.
Experience with Cerner Millennium required.
