• Load and Unloading Components on the conveyor line per the live schedule start date
• Remove sort pem stud covers
• Pre-hang small components on racks per the live schedule start date
• Remove puddled water from components before entry into dry-off oven
• Masking and Unmasking Components
• Work in the stainless steel passivation cell
• Manual touch-up of metal components i.e. paint hook marks, hinge knuckles
• Clean out washer periodically through the day for parts fallen in washer
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in work area
• Follow ISO procedures
• Assist other departments during slow paint production periods
• Perform other duties as assigned.
