Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage complex managed care and strategy projects
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex managed care data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to deliver on project objectives and address client needs and business objectives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills to understand client needs, set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, and present with impact to stakeholders inclusive of client and internal senior leadership
  • Demonstrated change management expertise and experience positively influencing change in a variety of complex environments
  • Team Leadership experience including building talent, direct supervisory experience, coaching, mentorship and performance management
  • Experience in managed care contracting, including negotiation techniques and market analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of demonstrated success as a leader of managed care initiatives, strategy, and strong negotiation skills, preferably in a professional services or hospital/clinic environment`
  • Strong experience in QA of team deliverables including Excel and if possible Access or other databases

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $215,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $290,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
