In this role you will be providing fast and useful technical assistance in uploading, managing and updating client’s content on Coupa. Your core responsibilities will include responding to client/ supplier queries relating to catalog and forms and resolving them.
Par take in various project tasks and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects related tasks.
As an Associate Consultant you will be effectively communicating internally and externally with clients and suppliers on catalog management best practises.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Establishing process and solutions with suppliers and customers to ensure reliable and high quality e-catalog content management
- Executing on a wide variety of data quality improvement efforts
- Interacting and supporting our customers and suppliers
- Executing system configuration and maintenance
- Handling documentation and reporting
Our ideal candidate will be/have:
- Solid IT literacy
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers
- Dedicated, team-oriented individual
- Analytical - ability to collect, organise, analyse, and communicate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Persistent – capability to work on a repetitive task for a long period of time without compromising quality
- Handling of stressful working tasks and customer escalations
- Basic project management skills
- Willingness to constantly learn new things
- Fluency in German and English
- Flexibility to work from our Stadthagen office 2-3 days a week
