Job description

We are looking for a construction shop manager / truck driver to efficiently manage our material and tool inventory and deliver construction materials to various jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Set up tools and equipment for delivery to various job sites
• Transport materials and tools to various jobsites
• Ordering of job materials
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and track tool inventory
• Maintain tools (i.e. screw guns, various type of saws, scaffolding, portable generators, etc.)
• Organize and maintain shop area
• Collect and verify delivery instructions

Skills

• Organized
• Ability to take directions from multiple individuals
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
• Valid chauffeurs license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
