Job description

Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd., a Keller company, is an established post-tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight facilities in the US. Suncoast Post Tension is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team here in Irving, TX.

Skills required:
Data entry skills
MS Office Suites experience
Computer skills
Attention to detail
Customer Service experience
Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus

Daily duties will include the following-:

· Receiving emails from customers requesting services.

· Setup of new files on Company server.

· Placement of customer requests and downloaded plans into Folders.

· Receiving and filing of completed requests from internal and external clients.

· Data entry of projects into Suncoast Bolton database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
