My client is a well-established developer headquartered in Miami, and they are looking for a project accountant due to growth and expansion. This is a newly created role that will report directly to the controller/CFO and oversee the day to day accounting of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities
- Manage project accounting and percentage of completion
- Prepare monthly reporting for the owners
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree a plus but not required
- 5+ years of project accounting experience
- Experience within a construction company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
