Job Title: Computing Specialist

Job Location: Remote (EST)

Job Duration: 06 Months

Description:

• Assists in the evaluation of business problems, evaluates and recommends vendor packages vis-a vis needs and implements required software.
• Assists in the evaluation of new personal end-user computing packages and equipment and in the implementation and testing of prototypes.
• Skills:Focus on moves, Avaya set up, Avaya OneX communicator and OneX agent support, troubleshooting help desk telephony calls, assign extensions for new hires, assist in converting from Avaya to Zoom .
• Must Have: Slack, Avaya OneX (Communicator and Agent), Zoom, Avaya Site Administration Certification, AVST CX Voice Mail, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Nice to have: Software Experience and Certifications Avaya CM 6.0, Octel Voice Mail, Microsoft Unified Messaging, Call Management System Supervisor (CMS), AES and Taske Contact Center Solution, SharePoint, Manhattan Space Management Software
• Some college at minimum.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Springfield, MA 01111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Avaya: 5 years (Preferred)
