We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to manage the compensation function for Easteresals NH, VT & Farnum. The individual in this key position will plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. The Compensation Manager is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations, in addition to the following duties:
  • Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Provides advice to senior leadership on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
  • Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
  • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure organizational compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
  • One (1) to three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in general, executive, incentive-based compensation
  • Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data including complex data arrays from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting complex information at all levels of the organization as well as external groups (consultants) including the ES Executive Team and Board
  • Ability to analyze and display data with clarity and influence using various automated tools including Excel, Access, etc.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative statistical abilities including data regressions, trending, extrapolations etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position.

Compensation: Starting $70,000 annually. Additional pay dependent upon experience.
