Role: COMPENSATION MANAGER or Analyst

Location: 2400 Aviation Drive, PO 619428,DFW Airport, TX 75261

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resource management, public administration, or related field.

: · Five (5) years of experience in compensation administration, consulting or related field including

two (2) years of experience with job evaluation methodologies, Hay Job Evaluation methodology, preferred.

· Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Knowledge of current compensation administration principles and practices and pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.

· Knowledge of current compensation theories and methodologies.

· Knowledge of rules and practices related to compensation programs including job evaluation, classification, job, and organizational analysis programs.

· Knowledge of employee recognition program administration and ability to develop, implement and manage programs

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

· Demonstrated skill in communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels and departments within the Airport, including the Board of Directors, as well as outside the Airport to provide information, gather data, make recommendations, and provide HR support.

· Skill in collecting and analyzing data, preparing high-quality written reports, and making recommendations to management regarding necessity for change.

· Ability to monitor programs, contracts, and budgets to remain within approved parameters.

· Interpersonal skills and abilities to develop and maintain harmonious working relationships, both within and outside the HR department to promote the mission of HR and teamwork.

· Ability to plan, schedule, supervise and develop staff.

· Strong financial analytical ability.

Pay: $24.37 - $36.54 per hour
