Position: Full-Time and Part Time Pay Range: $15.00-16.24

Application Requirements:

• Pass background check including motor vehicle, criminal, and child abuse history; must possess driver’s license and insurance; must submit to U.A.’s.
• Two years college education and/or work experience (preferred); Must be at least 20 years old.
• Experience working with youth preferred. Must have the desire and patience to work with youth in our program (ages 10-21) who are court ordered to complete community service or classes through Partners.
• Must be willing to work weekends. Requires working outside. Requires driving a van and trailer. Knowledge of small engines and basic yard work preferred.

Crew Supervisor Job Description: “A day in the life of a crew sup!”

• Supervision of work crews of up to 8 juvenile offenders in compliance with Partners Manual (work program and personnel manual) for safety assurance and security (also see safety procedures and child labor law descriptions)
• Maintain and turn in daily paperwork including work crew sign in sheets, jobsite paperwork, vehicle/tool maintenance, and purchase receipts.
• Keep work crew working the entire length of time the crew is scheduled and keep youth in line of sight.
• Check youth (by verbal inquiry, no touch), building, bathrooms, and vehicles for contraband and paraphernalia.
• Jobs include digging ditches, yardwork, and yard/community maintenance.
• Manage behaviors of youth.
• Requires driving vans and pulling/backing trailers.
• Ensure timely maintenance for vehicles and tools.
• Ensure first aid kits are current and in each vehicle at all times.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members and collaborative agencies.
• Check phone messages, emails, and mailbox daily.
• Attend Restitution staff meetings and trainings.
• Attend Partners (all) staff meetings as schedule allows.
