This part time position for Community Life Coach is located in Bowie, Maryland and will focus on assisting me, the employer, at work, volunteer work and with daily activities. I’m seeking candidates that will continuously provide new and creative ideas for personal development, who have knowledge of local resources and have partnerships with organizations to support my goals. Due to the personal support aspects of my position I’m am seeking a female for this position.
Ideal candidates will have experience with Job coaching and job development, organization and coordination.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Provide transportation to and from local volunteer position
- Provide assistance at times with necessary skills to foster independence at my workplace and in my volunteer position
- Develop a rapport with people I know and work with and cultivate safe and supportive relationships
- Explore other local work and learning opportunities which meet my skills and interests
Job Type: Part-time
- Flexible Hours for the position (Monday - Friday - flexible up to 5 hours per day, up through 21 hours)
- Starting Salary: $20 hourly (may be higher based on experience and established pay scale)
- Potential for raise after 30 days, 90 days and 6 months - potential for raise based on evaluation

- Safe working vehicle, Valid insurance and driver's license
- Mileage reimbursement is provided
- Clear Background check
- CPR/First Aid Required
