Community Association Manager - HOAMCO (Flagstaff, AZ) APPLY/JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are seeking to hire a Community Association Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities in the Flagstaff area. This is a great opportunity, apply today and become part of our great team!

Qualifications:
  • Community Management Experience is preferred.
  • Management skills a must.
  • Professional and friendly Demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Works wells independently.
  • Team player.
  • Computer savvy – Outlook , Word and Excel.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws.
  • Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets.
  • Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents.
  • Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget.
  • Manage and maintain community documents and records.
  • Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management.
  • Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
  • Community communications as needed.
