This Position Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Honest, Dedicated, Dependable, Detail-oriented, Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction and Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction.

As the Community Painter you will responsible for the preparation and painting of unit turn overs for two luxury apartment communities; reporting directly to the Community Managers of Tempo Evergreen Walk and One Glastonbury Place.

The position of Community Painter includes but is not limited to preparing various surfaces for painting via washing, scraping, sanding, dry walling, patching, spackling, trim repair/ replacement and assisting with maintenance/ up keep of 6,400 sq. ft. Clubhouse while maintaining tools and equipment; ensuring that they are in proper working order by cleaning and caring for brushes and other equipment.

You are expected to work independently with minimum supervision, but also be able to work well with a team by maintaining open communication with the Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors of each work location.
