Are you a true hunter when it comes to door to door sales?
Trojan Roofing is seeking a proven leader to lead our sales team.
You'll be responsible for overseeing and developing a neighborhood sales team to drive company revenue growth. The successful candidate MUST be a hunter with experience in outside Door 2 Door sales.
We are a fast growing remodeling construction company and we are looking for a Sales Manager that understands outside sales techniques to grow a team in our roofing department. There is no limit to the number of people that can be on your team, and no limit to the income that can be made.
As our new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and maximize profit growth. Alongside our founder, a multimillionaire entrepreneur, you'll work with the team to create sales plans and organize daily activities that will ensure the successful achievement of goals. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to your team by providing coaching and feedback regularly.
We need someone to play offense to grow our existing sales team by leaps and bounds!
In exchange you'll receive;
- Base Salary: $40k-$60k
- Earnings potential from $100k to $300k (based on performance)
- Commissions
- Company Vacation

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients that have recently signed install contracts in order to make sure they feel comfortable throughout the install process
- Writing and reviewing estimates to ensure they are on track with our target profit margins
- Clear communication with clients during the install process to ensure great client success
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Train door to door sales reps
- Motivate and support commission only roofing sales reps
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Recruit new people to your team, target team size is 5-10
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales a MUST
- Experience as a sales manager preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
Must have a valid Driver's License.
