American Capital Properties is a growing, successful, and self-managed real estate firm. Recent growth has created a need to add an experienced Commercial Property Manager to our hard-working Atlanta team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all aspects of property operations, including tenant improvements and property maintenance.
- Obtain and analyze bids from vendors and supervise completion of vendor projects.
- Inspect and supervise property condition and initiate repairs and capital expense projects as needed.
- Maintain the properties by interacting with tenants and responding to their needs.
- Be interested and take the initiative for new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to your job.
What you need to succeed at American Capital Properties:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing commercial office, retail, and industrial properties required
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Honesty and strong work ethic
- Team player with self-starter qualities
- Strong professional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptive and receptive to new processes
