Description:

Pannell Construction is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The job role requires proficient knowledge of construction concepts with experience overseeing projects, budgets, subcontractors, and working with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Project Budget and Change Orders
• Manage Project Schedule
• Work with Owner on project acquisition and project scheduling
• Manage subcontractor scheduling, contracts, insurance, and payments
• Manage project efficiency, client communication and satisfaction, and subcontractor relationships

Experience:

• 3 Years Minimum of Construction Project Management Experience
• Experience with Small Commercial Project Management
• Experience with Google Drive and supporting platforms
• Experience with Construction Applications

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salaried between $70,000-$90,000 Annually based on experience
• Family Healthcare at 50% of plan provided by Pannell Construction
• 1 week PTO for first year accrual basis with increases each year
• Work Tools and Truck provided if needed (If not, compensation via mileage and tool reimbursement)
• Profit Sharing Bonus of 1% of Project Revenue
• Flexible schedule based on project needs with the general hourly assumption of M-F 8-5
• All projects will be in the Greater-Knoxville area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
