Job description
Our Iron River, MI client is seeking a Regional Commercial Maintenance Person for the general facility maintenance for 80+ locations spanning across Upper and northern Lower Michigan as well as northern Wisconsin.
Routine overnight stays would be required as each project needed, which would be payable by the employer.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of general carpentry
- High Mechanical aptitude
- HVAC and/or refrigeration experience (preferred)
- “Can fix anything” mindset
A work truck with expenses paid will be issued as well. Typical workweek is 45-50 hours/week. Our client would provide all tools and materials needed to complete workload.
Wage based on Experience and skill set
