Commercial Litigation Attorney

Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, one of the region’s largest and most respected law firms, is seeking a committed Attorney to join its growing Commercial Litigation Department.

Prestigious Buffalo, NY based law firm seeks attorney with civil litigation experience to join our Commercial Litigation Department.

Qualified candidates must possess 2-5 years’ civil litigation experience, preferably in business and commercial law litigation. Must be licensed to practice in NY.

Responsibilities include: legal research; drafting pleadings and motions; taking and defending depositions; participating in oral arguments and court appearances.
