The Landscape Crew Leader is the first line of leadership at Russell Landscape. You are in charge of not only ensuring that our team provides Russell Landscape caliber service safely and efficiently but also ensuring our team is learning and being trained to ensure everyone one of your team members is progressing to achieve their goals as we ensure the same for you.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- 3+ years of crew leadership experience;

- DOT certified is a plus;

-Ability to manage 3-4 man crew and complete daily routes in a timely manner;

-Operate landscape maintenance equipment in a professional and safe manner;

- A valid driver's license and clean MVR;

- Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members;

-Must be willing to work outside in the elements (Heat, cold, and sometimes rain).

This is a full-time position and pay-rate is determined by experience. Your rate of pay will be determined between you and your manager prior to your starting and will be based on your qualifications and experience.

Please note that a valid driver's license and approvable MVR are REQUIRED for consideration for this position. All Russell Landscape employees will undergo a background check and all employment is considered probationary until the results of the background check are returned, reviewed, and approved.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
