Commercial Lines Insurance – Customer Service Rep

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Previous Insurance Industry Experience
• Previous Commercial Lines Experience in an agency setting would be preferred but not required
• The desire to learn and grow
• Superb customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment
• The ability to obtain a P&C License shortly after hiring

Responsibilities of This Role Include (but are not Limited to):

• Handle a small commercial lines book of business
• Frequently interact with customers to provide prompt and accurate service for claim submissions, billing questions and endorsements
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
