Responsibilities:
Overview: Position is responsible for the accurate setup and correction of production equipment to support Production Associates (Operators) in the production of high quality and efficient product flow. Responsbile for setting up, operating, and coaching Operators on all equipment in assigned area; performing and authorizing first piece product verification for all machine operators and setting machine controls, levels, according to standard settings.

- Ability to set up, operate, and coach Operators on all equipment in assigned area.
- Perform and authorize first piece product verification for all machine operators.
- Set machine controls, levels, according to standard settings.
- Ability to perform stamping machine adjustments to correct quality concerns.
- Support implementation of Operator standard work through timely completion of observations.
- Ensure response time, plus set up time meets requirements.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates, includes the ability to operate associated production machines.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Mechanical aptitude
- High School Diploma or General education degree (GED)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications
