As a Coffee Shop Attendant, you are a friendly face in the mornings and provide the best start to our guests' day! You will be responsible for every customer by providing excellent customer service. Must educate customers about premium coffees, teas, drinks, etc. He/She is a true professional that fulfills any additional duties the Supervisor/Manager assigns.

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Shifts will be predominately 6 am - 2 pm
• Must display a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers.
• Maintain, open and close the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and inventory of the station.
• Attendants are trained to make all drinks.
• The attendant must keep the coffee brewing throughout the day in addition to making other drinks such as juice or milk drinks.
• Must have basic food, beverage & sanitation knowledge
• Will be responsible for all aspects of the Coffee Shop with possible cross-train in Bar outlets
• Be on time for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with weekends, holidays and nighttime availability
• Physical requirements include minimum lifting/pulling of 40 pounds (anything over 40 lbs requires asking for assistance). Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, continuous standing. Hearing, writing, typing
• Other duties may be assigned.
