CNC Machinist

What you bring to the job?

• 2 -3 years of required experience.
• Ability to set-up and operate CNC Mills.
• Ability to work/read blueprints, define problems and collect data.
• Proficient knowledge of micrometers, calipers and other measuring tools.

What is the job?

• Operate CNC machines used to cut and shape precision workpieces, mount, install, align and secure fixtures.
• Responsible for operating a variety of power tools and equipment, as well as preparing and organizing components and restocking raw materials as needed.
• Direct the flow of coolant or cutting oil against tool and workpiece.
• Inspect, maintain and report the finished product has met company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

• Niagara Falls, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• CNC milling machine: 2 years (Preferred)
• Blueprint reading: 2 years (Required)
