Krando Metal Products, Inc. is a 36 year old family owned and operated business in Broomall, PA. The Company is currently seeing an experienced CNC Machine Operator. This is a full time position Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm. The Company offers Health Insurance, and 401k in addition to other benefits.

Summary:

Responsible for day to day operations of various CNC machines in the shape cutting division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Loading/unloading material/jobs from machine.

- Operating machine controls and setting offsets.

- Studying and interpreting drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations

- Inspect completed work for quality standards and conformance requirements.

- Ensure production rates are met or exceeded.

- Facilitate movement of jobs from CNC machine to next level of production.

- Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep to machine and work station.

- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

- High energy level required.

- Ability to read blue prints.

- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (ie: calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.).

- Basic computer knowledge necessary.

- Previous operation of CNC Vertical Mills, Waterjet, Plasma and Laser Machines, Bystronic Fiber Laser, Milling machines a plus.

- Must be able to drive a forklift.
