REQUIREMENTS
*Current TN Nurse Aide Certification *must be certified for at least year with experience*
*Current CPR card
*Negative TB test (1 or 2 step, chest x-ray or quantiferon)
*Recent physical or physical statement (stating you are able to work without restrictions)
*One year of RECENT facility experience, working directly with patients
*COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED
*RELIABILITY IS A MUST*
