Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs and Psychologists) wanted for full-time or part-time employment or contract position in Rio Rancho, NM.
Queer owned private practice branching to become a group practice that specializes in the LGBTQIA+ and trans/gender diverse communities. Training can be provided on this community and therapists who identify as a part of the community are encouraged to apply!
Seeking independetly licensed clinicians (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) at this time due to supervisor position. If you are a provisionally licensed person, we are seeking those as well!
Services are fully remote right now. The schedule is completely flexible. You set your schedule and ideal caseload will be set to 20 clients a week plus 3-5 supervisees.
You choose which population you want to work with, but must be open minded to open with a diverse group of clients. You are in control of your style of counseling and modalities you like to use. Once employed with this company, training can be paid for up to $1,000 per calendar year.
All billing, credentialing, and initial scheduling will be completed for you at no cost to you. Let us take care of that for you or if you prefer you can do your own scheduling.
Must have:
A Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
New Mexico State: LCSW, Psychologist, LMFT, or LPCC License. Those from out of state must have a good standing full license for 2 years in order to apply for reciprocity in NM.
An open mind to diverse communities
Reliable internet (stipend is provided, but must be established prior to start)
Willing to wait 30-45 days for credentialing process with insurance companies from hire date
Open communication skills
