Our client is a highly innovative and rapidly growing company in the field of neuromodulation. The product that the company develops, and sells is an implantable device that provides significant relief to patients with chronic pain.

They are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist (m/f/d) for the Frankfurt area with the main duties of assisting patients before and after surgery with professional advice on the use of the technology. You will provide extensive training to the doctors regarding the use of the technology and part of your duty will be to accompany them during the surgery. The work takes place directly on-site in the hospitals and a willingness to travel is desirable.

Requirements:

• Providing advice and support of implant procedures.

• Serves as primary contact person for clinical support including, but not limited to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.

• Working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

• Typically attends and may oversee surgeries/implants in a clinical setting including labs and operating rooms of hospital accounts.

• Travel 50-100% depending on relative locations of customers, including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centres.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical background or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and influence relationships.

• Analytical skills, including statistical analysis.

• IT literacy is necessary (MS Office/Excel), experience with sales force automation tools a plus.

• Experience in a consultative sales role is a plus.

• SCS experience and/or patient interaction experience preferable.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
