Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager

Location: North Memorial Health Hospital

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Nutrition Manager at North Memorial Health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical nutrition services provided to patients in the hospital. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Hospital:

North Memorial Health Hospital is a 353-bed community hospital located in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. It is one of four Level I trauma centers in Minnesota. It is also a Level II trauma center for pediatrics. North Memorial Health Hospital is a level one trauma center, accredited with awards. According to the Healthgrades website, it has been recognized as one of the top 50 hospitals in America for two years in a row. The hospital also takes pride in its work and has received the Hennepin County Wellness by Design award multiple times, which recognizes workplaces that develop, promote and maintain a healthy environment. North Memorial has also received awards for its performance in areas such as hip and knee replacements, strokes, and heart attacks. The hospital has a track record of specialist centers, ranging from heart attacks to cancer.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical nutrition services provided to patients in the hospital, including assessing, developing, and implementing nutrition care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal care to patients and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the clinical dietitian team, including developing and implementing staff training programs and evaluating staff performance.
• Participate in hospital committees and community outreach programs related to nutrition and dietetics.
• Maintain knowledge of current nutrition research and trends, and integrate this knowledge into clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian status in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical dietitian experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other hospital staff.
• Knowledge of current clinical nutrition research and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
