Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for an Independently Licensed Social Worker or Counselor with Supervisor Designation to oversee all the clinical services based out of our Ashtabula County office. Services performed out of our Ashtabula County office include the provision of intensive home-based programming (specifically Multisystemic Therapy) in addition to all other behavioral health and case management services.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses the desire and ability to provide consistent leadership, engage community members, mentor staff, oversee program development and implementation, and work independently while leading a team. The candidate will direct and oversee the daily operations that service the Ashtabula and Geauga County areas.
Eligible candidates must possess a master’s degree and be independently licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Supervisor designation preferred. Candidate must have understanding and experience with the following systems of care: Juvenile Justice, Child Welfare, Development Disabilities and Behavioral Health. Previous management level experience preferred.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
