Education
Bachelor’s degree in health education or related field is required.
High School Diploma PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Associates in health education or related field PLUS 3 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Master’s degree in health education or related field is preferred.
Experience
Two years of clinical experience in healthcare is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietician or Professional Educator license in the state of practice is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
