Program Statement:

The Catholic Charities' office is located in Cleveland and provides BH counseling and intensive case management to help the youth and families served move toward abstinence and to reduce behaviors that place the youth at-risk in the community.

What You Will be Doing:

• Provide individual and family centered counseling with assigned clients with evidenced based and evidence informed interventions.
• Provide intensive case management services and work collaboratively with community partners such as Juvenile Court, CCDCFS, ODYS, and TASC to support individuals in their treatment
• Deliver CBT, and Motivational Interviewing interventions on an individualized basis
• Working autonomously in the community
• Family-centered treatment planning
• Relapse Prevention planning
• Life Skill building

Education

Required

Bachelors or better in Counseling Psychology or related field.

Bachelors or better in Social Work or related field.

Preferred

Bachelors or better in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services or related field.

Masters or better in Counseling Psychology or related field.

Masters or better in Social Work or related field.

Experience

Required

1 year: Experience working with Youth and Families

1-2 years: Experience working in a BH setting with preferred experience with treating mental health and substance use disorders
