Role: Mental Health Clinical Coordinator (LMHC, LMFT or LCSW)
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL-33023
Position: Full Time + Benefits

The clinical coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of the Residential therapeutic program and services provided to the residents on campus. The clinical coordinator will be the main point of contact and liaison between Children’s Harbor and the external agencies providing therapeutic services.

Ensure clinical services are compliant with Medicaid, COA, and contractual guidelines, and that youth receive full utilization of available services. Work closely with the Director of Operations and external auditor to ensure ongoing compliance with program/contract requirements and CQI tasks.

Summary:

• Clinical Oversight
• Manages Electronic health records (EHR)
• Weekend on-call (rotation)
• Medicaid knowledge billing is a must
• Oversee clinical team (3 therapists)
• Knowledge working with at-risk teens
• Trauma Informed

Education/Qualifications:

• MA degree in Social field or related
• LMHC; LMFT; or LCWS required
• 3+ years of experience working with children and teens with a history of trauma and abuse.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Guidelines (is a must).
• 3 + years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred experience working in a residential setting.

Salary: $70,824.43 - $75,643.67 per year
