BCBA owned and operated company

Experienced RBT needed to work with ages from 2-21. Pay depends on previous Supervision.

Supervision for students can be available free of charge as part of employment with CAP, Inc.

Lead Registered Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with children with Autism and related disorders implementing clinic based behavior plans and programs designed and maintained by a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Lead RBT should:

• Have clinic based experience
• Have the RBT credential from the BACB with at least 1 year of fulltime RBT experience.
• Feel comfortable working closely with BCBA's and senior RBT's
• Be able to accurately train junior RBT's
• Be available 30-40 hours per week
• Be friendly, energetic, compassionate, organized and reliable
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to move quickly and have the ability to lift at least 25lbs

Position requires energy, patience, a playful nature and willingness to learn. Reliability is an absolute MUST. Excellent opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child with special needs while learning ABA techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
