Job description

We are seeking a skilled administrative assistant for our busy signs and graphics company. They will help us communicate with vendors and clients, put together client estimates, coordinate install schedules and help us with special projects. Previous experience as an admin in a small family-owned business-to-business organization is helpful, but not required. The successful applicant will have 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience, excellent computer and time management skills, and be extremely organized. Compensation:

$14 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client walk-in traffic, incoming calls, emails, fax communication and take the appropriate actions
  • Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality
  • Systematic estimate management and follow-up
  • Conduct collections for receivables
  • Update client records and purchasing history

Qualifications:
  • Superb organization and communication skills, as well as great time management, are essential

  • 2 years of business-to-business customer service desired
