Core Responsibilities:

  • Foster deep stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive continuous clarity through ambiguity
  • You’ll be assigned clients for who you will be responsible for supporting in scaling their business.
  • Onboard new clients, assess their business using data collected to draw conclusions and assist them in building momentum.
  • Place operators and other personnel in businesses that will help them scale.
  • Support your clients through 1-on-1 meetings, group meetings, email, Slack, Voxer, and in our Facebook Communities.
  • Upselling, renewing, and account status management. You will work throughout the duration of the account to ensure clients get results and want to continue working with Taelered Training.
  • Contribute towards innovation for Taelered Training both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • A technical, engineering, or business degree, or degree in a related field OR 1-3 years of professional experience in handling various tools, projects, and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic & high level of integrity.
  • Interest in consulting and execution (we do more than PowerPoint).
  • Preference of familiarity with GSuite, Zapier, APIs, Airtable, Kartra, Kajabi, Hubspot.
  • Based in the U.S., preferably in Dallas or the Central Standard Time Zone.

Pay: $64,066.00 - $71,616.00 per year
